one more post - Decorated Cookies

can't seem to get enough of the folks over at gumdrop - looks like they also have amazing decorated cookies that would make great shower favors or birthday party favors.

Slight Diversion...

Was at a wedding this past weekend and saw the most creative and tasty wedding favors I have yet to feast my middle aged eyes upon - good news is it looks like they also do couture cookies and other custom cookies so I can perhaps get a creative streak and order something fun for the Mrs. Not to be missed!

Yum...Pizza in Bklyn

Gorged myself with the fellas last night - hit up several pizzerias last night - many beers, car service and hit the road to hit the best of Brooklyn...what could possibly be better?

On the agenda:
1st stop - Grimaldi's - was a must do and did not let us down, aside from the pouring rain, it was a hit.
2nd Stop - L&B Spumoni Gardens (authentic Sicilian) - my favorite of the evening - if only because of the uniqueness of the cookies - a hit to say the least.
3rd Up - the master - DiFaras - no lines, no waiting - yes we were lucky but this guy is the absolute master - pizza was a 10 all the way around and we could have ended the night there and been happy - but we didn't...
4th and final stop - Franny's in Prospect Heights - great non-traditional pizza - best scene of our stops.
